Desde que entre le dije que no tenia dinero hoy para comprar y sin embargo fue muy nice con migo. Volvere a comprar el carro apenas me paguen la quincena porque ellos realmente le ayudan a los clientes.Fui antes a otros dos dealer y me dijeron regrese cuando tenga el down payment y casi me sacan sin siquiera atenderme, me senti muy mal. I want to write a review to Family Auto Mart. I bought my car there last year. My father found the car on the internet. He made all the arrangements from a different country. Everyone that works there was sooooooo helpful. They had everything ready for me when I got there. I am very happy with the car! It is in very good condition and it was cheap! Let me start by saying my partner and I bought the car we wanted. It is a 2003 jeep liberty sport. We knew just what we wanted when we were going there. We looked on there site and picked out just the one we wanted. BUT DO NOT BELIEVE WHATS ON THE SITE! NOTHING FROM THE SITE WAS THERE!!! Although the one we bought was not the one we pick from the site it was right for us. THE PRICES ON THE SITE ARE NOT REAL! They say the average price is from 800 to 4000 (on the site) but to be honest we found out that the average price of there vehicle were closer to 10000. Our jeep had bad lifts supports for the hood. when we were signing for the car. I asked the guy (Wayne Little) to try to lower the price. He said he knocked 500 off the price from 11995 to 11495....But when i said the lifts support were bad, and if they would fix it before we bought it, He said they knocked the price down because they knew it was bad. (which one was it?) Next the check engine light is on, my partner has now brought the car to two different place to check they said nothing is wrong. But ""Wayne Little"" told us it has a bad o2 sensor. He also managed to tell us that our payments were for only 2 years, But reading over the contract now its for 3 years. The interest rate for the car is 29.280% kind of weird for it to end up like that and now the car is 14000. I think they tell you a price based on how you look ( how would know if they don't. they don't show any prices on the car) Before we bought the jeep we did buy we looked at one other, it was newer. But had double the miles. The engine was no where near in as good of shape. that car was 10995, But he was willing to knock off 1000 for it. All i am saying is there pricing is out of whack and they tell you anything to get that sale. Make sure you watch your back, and don't tell them more then they need to know. more

After going to several car lots I stopped in at Family Auto Mart. I Found my dream Maxima . Beautiful car!!!!!!!!!.They found me financing with me having no credit. Thank you Family Auto Mart!! more

I apologize if I make any errors in my writing but English is not my first language. It is very strange to read a review saying they discriminate. When I was there buying a car, they had a manager at the sales office that spoke Spanish , a salesman who helped me in Spanish also. I am not defending them. I had a different experience. They helped me very much, they where the only dealer who sold me a car without problems looking for all the alternatives to make it real. I understand it is a difficult in this country with our heavy accents. It is difficult for me too. It is something we learn to live with. more

family automart is nothing but scam artists.they sell nothing but junk then say sorry you bought it now its yours.i bought an 06 expedition from there & it was gorgeous,but then i got it home & it fell apart.i put 4k dwn on that truck & was told it was 12,8 was what i would pay for the truck later they sent me a letter saying now its 18,9..i wish i would have known about this page before i drove an hour out of my way to by garbage. more

I spoke to these people on the phone before I drove 80 miles in the anticipation of purchasing an economical vehicle. I asked about a specific SUV on the phone and was told that it had sold but there were plenty of other SUVs in the same price range. When I to the dealership, it was difficult to find someone to help me. Finally a man came out who seemed annoyed that he actually had to get off his behind to see if I needed help. None of the vehicles were priced so I said I was interested in an SUV in the price range I had discussed with the man on the phone. The man at the dealership said, ""Oh we don't have any of those anymore. We have all of these right here and we can finance them for you."" Each of the SUVs that he pointed out to me were priced at $8,000 to $10,000 more then what I was quoted on the phone. I told him this and he replied, ""Well we do have one in that range. Its that little Kia in the back. But its engine doesn't run right."" I was very upset. I felt lied to, taken advantage of and extremely disrespected. It was like they thought I am just a stupid woman that they can talk into buying any vehicle they try to sell me. I have seen similar SUVs for much less then the price they are selling them for. If I had know that the internet price and the phone quote were just a scam designed to lure people in to the dealership so they could pull a bait and switch I would have never wasted my time and gas to the Family Auto Mart. DON""T TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAM ARTISTS!!!! more

1 Star\r If you have an ACCENT, please do not bother calling this dealership. They are the most racist person in the world. Very rude and will not even listen to you. I called them they were rude to me and then I have a friend call with no accent and they were nice to him. Please all you immigrants avoid this dealership. more

I first contacted Family Auto Mart regarding a blue Mustang convertible they had listed on their website on the 9th of March. The operator passed me on to Dave who told me the vehicle was sold. He then informed me that they had a silver Mustang that just came in and was priced at $8,900.00 and would be perfect. I then told him that I submitted my credit application and asked if he had received it. He said he did and that I was pre-approved. I asked him if $1000.00 down for this vehicle was acceptable, and he said that they might require a little more, but it wasn't a problem and he could work with me. I called the dealership back a few minutes later and asked for the vehicles VIN number so that I could run a carfax on it. Dave gave me the VIN number, and at that time I again asked him for the specifics of the financials of the vehicle. He again told me $8,900.00, and said he could work with the $1000.00 down. This is my THIRD time buying a vehicle from a used car lot but it was my FIRST time ever buying here. Let me tell you now, it will also be my LAST time ever buying a vehicle from a used car lot. These salesman are slimy and sneaky. A word of advice: IF YOU FEEL PRESSURED, JUST LEAVE!!!! more

My son and I went to Family Auto Mart, we were looking for my son's 1st car. They people there were great, it took some time and patience but we found a great car for a good price. I'm writing this review to encourage you if you're on the fence. more

Just read the past reviews!!! and all I can say is I so agree. I went over to the dealership with $700 dollars cash and I was going to use it as a down deposit.... The salesman pretty much laughed at me and said we need at least a thousand dollars down. \r \r I quickly went next door.. FOREMAN MOTORS! and they were more than willing to work with my deposit. They also gave a great monthly rate. Save your self and go NEXT DOOR!!!! They know customer service!!!!! more

I do not even think the sales people even know what customer service is! I just left the lot and I HATE writing reviews but I had to for this occasion. I was walking the lot for good 15 minutes before I was even greeted. Sat around for another 15 minutes to negotiate a price. NO WONDER they have to bombard our television with their annoying commercials. THESE PEOPLE ARE $$ hungry. more

I was trying to find my daughter a cool and yet safe car. We were looking for a sedan but the saleman kept insisting to look at all the sports car, My daughter was under such pressure that we just ended up running off the lot. Intstead of Family Auto Mart it should be titled Rip Your FAMILY OFF Mart!!!!! more
