The BEST in Tulsa! 10/30/2010

Facchianos is THE best! The girls were all so helpful and definately know their stuff! I think I asked atleast 101 questions and got 101 answers, which I can't say for a lot of the other stores I visited. I have been back in the store a lot since I purchased my gown, to order bridesmaids, flower girls and tuxedos, and they are always just as helpful as the first time! When I purchased my dress I was a size 12, I then lost 30 lbs and they altered my dress down to a size 2 and you couldn't even tell that I didn't order it that way! It was flawless!! I got so many compliments on my dress the day of my wedding! I would highly recommend Facchianos to everyone I know! Don't waste your time anywhere else!!! more

Pushy and dishonest 11/29/2009

These ladies were pushy salespeople. They overcharge on their wedding gowns compared to other stores in town. And they charge extra for the simplest things that other stores in town would normally do as a courtesy for buying a dress, such as provide a garment bag, steam and/or press the dress, and sometimes even bustle. They won't tell you this up front, but if you ask them, they will tell you that nothing is included. They are hoping that you do not realize that until the end that you end up paying twice the amount with the price of the dress plus the extras that they tack on if you simply want your dress to be in presentable condition. more
