Professional Towing Service 4/8/2013

Hi, to whom it may concern Yesterday April 7th was my very first experience being towed. Due to Phoenix towing's 24hour service i choose to give you guys a call. First and foremost whom ever i spoke to on the phone was very professional and generous. I'd like to take the time to say that Bryce whom responded to the call was awesome. Real welcoming and fast. All in all my experience is pleasant. If i'm ever in the unfortunate position my car isn't functioning properly and i need to be towed i will not hesitate to give you guys a call. Thanks! I come to Arizona a couple times a year and had to call for assistance this past February. Being stranded was frustrating but Phoenix Towing arrived in a timely fashion and not only assisted me, sent a very nice, friendly driver named Mark. Thank You more

Predatory Business...CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!!! 2/26/2013

This company is disorganized and predatory! I spent over $1000.00 on towing and storage only to have Mr. Dan (the owner) immediately start pursuing the conversion of my car in order to make it his....this is a dishonest company and make sure that you do not allow them to store your vehicle no matter how much you need their help....there is a reason why they have a link to used car sales.... more

Phoenix Towing Service was timely, very friendly, and had reasonable pricing. It was as pleasant an experience as you can have with towing. more

Tony did a great Job. 1/25/2013

I bought a 4 post automotive lift at Barret-Jackson, called for a flatbed tow. Dispatcher was nice and told me don't worry about it. The lift was stuck under a tent wedged between big trucks, wider that his truck. I could see giving up because it was not a car. Tony was friendly and jumped right in with ideas to get the lift out of the tent, up onto the flat bed and back to Inspired LED in Tempe all for a great price. He did not leave until the lift was positioned on the shop. I highly recommend Scottsdale Towing and Tony. more

Professional, prompt and courteous 1/24/2013

We've been working with Phoenix Towing Service professionally for 4 years. They've always been very professional and very prompt. They have a clean appearance and are courteous to our customers. They represent our business when they pick up our customers and have always done so well. We've never had issues with them. more

Amazing service! 1/23/2013

My fathers car was recovered after being stolen. The tires were stolen and my dad waited for 6 hours for his insurance company (safeco: do not use!!) to set up a tow. He followed up every hour and they kept saying they would send someone. Finally they told my dad they could not do it because his vehicle had no tires. I made ONE 5 minute call to Phoenix towing and they dispatched someone out immediately to pick the car up and move to our shop of choice. Thank you Phoenix towing for helping my sick dad out! He would have been stuck there all night in the cold if it wasn't for you!! You guys are Amazing!! Wish we called you first instead of the insurance co!! more

I just wanted to send a note thanking phoenix towing for your prompt service. I also wanted to thank Kenny, the technician that came out to tow my truck. He was really professional and very nice. This company has to be one of the best in Phoenix! Honest Professional and friendly staff, they really went out of there way to make me comfortable, the driver Tony was genuine and really cared, Thanks again Phoenix Towing.
