My fathers car was recovered after being stolen. The tires were stolen and my dad waited for 6 hours for his insurance company (safeco: do not use!!) to set up a tow. He followed up every hour and they kept saying they would send someone. Finally they told my dad they could not do it because his vehicle had no tires. I made ONE 5 minute call to Phoenix towing and they dispatched someone out immediately to pick the car up and move to our shop of choice. Thank you Phoenix towing for helping my sick dad out! He would have been stuck there all night in the cold if it wasn't for you!! You guys are Amazing!! Wish we called you first instead of the insurance co!!
