Worst

The staff here are very cold and rude to customers. The only thing they want to do is to ""find"" problems on the car and charge you a lot.

Good Service and Good management 10/18/2010

Came to charlottesville for the Cavalier game, but unfortunately our car broke down. We called Holiday Exxon. They arranged for the tow, gave us a loaner car and fixed the timing belt of our car in the same day. We were happy with how the management at holiday exxon treated us and how our car was serviced. I would go back to this shop if I happen to be in charlottesville again. more

Convenient way to service your vehicle 10/18/2010

Holiday exxon provides shuttle to and from the shop or they give you free loaner car. My father used this shop and I service my vehicle at this shop now. I can say that I am happy with the service I am getting from holiday exxon. If you service your vehicle at the dealer, I would urge that you try at Holiday exxon with almost half the price. more

folks at holiday exxon are more interesting in satisfying the customer needs more than making money. Every time we take our vehicle there, they do free thorough courtesy check and advice you what you vehicle needs to be safe and reliable. I like their honest and they only recommend what your vehicle needs. I have been going there for the last ten years and was always satisfied with their service. more

First calss repair shop 10/17/2010

we have been taking our son's shop to holiday exxon for the last five years. We have always been treated well and got the best price. We have recently changed the timing belt and water pump for our honda at one of the lowest prices in town and received the best job possible. The shop has one of the best mechanics in town. more

I have known the mechanics at holiday exxon for years and can tell you that you will not find more honest mechanics in charlottesville. they look at the long term relationship then making money in one shot. My father used to take his vehicle there for years and always had good things to say about this shop. more

this shop knows what they are doing 10/17/2010

We had an overheating problem with our buick century vehicle. We took it several times to the dealer and the problem was keep coming back. Friend of us recommended that we take it to Holiday Exxon. I can say that we were glad that we took it there. Holiday Exxon's mechanic found the solution in couple of hours and we never had the problem again. Since then we were servicing our vehicle there for the last couple of years and we were happy with the service we received. more

Fast and Friendly shop 10/17/2010

I brought my honda civic car which had blown head gasket to Holiday Exxon. I was expecting the vehicle to be ready in few days. I was surprised when I got a call from the shop that my vehicle was ready the next day. It was the first time I came to the shop. They treated me like an old customer and friend. Thanks for your help. I am ceratainly coming back the next time I have a car problem. more

We have been servicing our vehicle at Holiday Exxon for years. I am happy to service my vehicle with honest and reliable people. You can always find someone to fix your vehicle, but it is difficult to find now adays honest mechanic. several of my work colleages told me that they used to go to the dealer, but they service their vehicle at Holiday Exxon now. more
