Worst

The staff here are very cold and rude to customers. The only thing they want to do is to ""find"" problems on the car and charge you a lot.

Have been servicing our family vehicle at this location for the last twenty years. This is one of the few shops that you can trust in Charlottesville. We have been servicing our vehicle at Holiday Exxon for the last twenty years. It will be difficult to find a repair station\r that you can trust these days, but you can trust this station. They will go out of their way to earn your business. We\r recently did a timing belt and water pump for our 2000 Honda Accord. We liked the service and price as always. more

this shop knows what they are doing We had an overheating problem with our buick century vehicle. We took it several times to the dealer and the problem was keep coming back. Friend of us recommended that we take it to Holiday Exxon. I can say that we were glad that we took it there. Holiday Exxon's mechanic found the solution in couple of hours and we never had the problem again. Since then we were servicing our vehicle there for the last couple of years and we were happy with the service we received. more

First Class Repair Shop we have been taking our son's shop to holiday exxon for the last five years. We have always been treated well and got the best price. We have recently changed the timing belt and water pump for our honda at one of the lowest prices in town and received the best job possible. The shop has one of the best mechanics in town more

Good Service and Good management Came to charlottesville for the Cavalier game, but unfortunately our car broke down. We called Holiday Exxon. They arranged for the tow, gave us a loaner car and fixed the timing belt of our car in the same day. We were happy with how the management at holiday exxon treated us and how our car was serviced. I would go back to this shop if I happen to be in charlottesville again. more

Fast and convenience service I was traveling through charlottesville and timing belt of my vehicle broke. I called several shops, but only Holiday exxon was able to do it in the same day at a good price. I apprciated what they have done for me and recommended this shop to all my friends in charlottesville. They also gave me a loaner car free of charge while I was waiting for my vehicle. more

highly recommended for maintenance service folks at holiday exxon are more interesting in satisfying the customer needs more than making money. Every time we take our vehicle there, they do free thorough courtesy check and advice you what you vehicle needs to be safe and reliable. I like their honest and they only recommend what your vehicle needs. I have been going there for the last ten years and was always satisfied with their service. more

one of the best mechanics in town I have known the mechanics at holiday exxon for years and can tell you that you will not find more honest mechanics in charlottesville. they look at the long term relationship then making money in one shot. My father used to take his vehicle there for years and always had good things to say about this shop. more

one stop shop for your all automotive needs. Our family has several cars which are european, american and japanese. We always take our vehicles at holiday exxon for whatever problem the vehicles may have. The shop has all diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot all vehicles. we are satisfied the service we get from holiday and can say one of the best shops in virginia more

Good problem solvers. I had a noise problem with my vehicle. Friend of mine recommended me to take it to Holiday Exxon. The shop provided a free loaner car while my vehicle was serviced. I was happy with the service and would recommend this shop if you have any vehicle problem. The shop has good management and certified mechanics. more

dedicated for customer service. was traveling from new york and the turbo charger of my vehicle broke down when I got to Charlottesville in the weekend. I called almost all the shops in charlottesville and no one was able to fix it over the weekend except Holiday Exxon. Honest Shop with good service 10/21/2010

I have been going to Holiday exxon for the last fifteen years. I always had good service and the best price. The shop has the best mechanic in town and every service warrantied. I always recommend all my friends to service their vehicle at Holiday exxon. They always had good experience with this shop. more
