This is a little joint on the border of Chinatown with fast service, fast pacing, but well-priced, and great food! They've been around forever - the restaurant itself is tiny, but you'll never have a long wait, especially if you don't mind sitting at one of the communal tables where singles, and random small parties are placed together.
If you're going to order take out, and you don't call your order in, be ready to make your way through a crowd to the cashier to place your order, and then wait. There is one person to take orders, manage seating, and answer the phone. He reminds me a bit of the soup nazi on Seinfeld - he doesn't seem to like questions, especially the "How long will that take?" His standard retort is "five minutes."
Be patient, the food is worth it!
