After a differential service, a leak indicated that the drain plug on the rear differential was not tightened. Excel accommodated my schedule to correct the matter while I waited. They owned up to the flaw, apologized and rectified the situation satisfactorily. I've had a few services performed here and come back even though their location isn't exactly conveinient, as they are professional and a "truck guy" like myself gets the impression that "his girl is in good hands".
