Dr. Escue is great! My son just turned 3 and I just segt his 3rd appointmentI just thought I'd add another great review for his office and staff, he is very gentle and his office staff are very nice, also i love how nice the office is verykid friendly!! I definately reccomend Dr. Escue more

I have used Dr. Escue for all 5 of my boys. He came highly recommended. Dr. Escue has taken care of all their cleanings and those fillings that they have needed. All my children have no problem going to him - they even enjoyed the experience. He has video games and pinball machines to entertain them until their appointment time. Their staff files your insurance and contacts you regarding your copay. Also, they encourage new parents to bring their toddlers in for a FREE checkup when they are about 18 months. more

Fantastic children's dentist and orthodontist which is hard to find. He doesn't allow the parents in with the child for procedures, but I found that to be better with my kids. All my children have been there, the oldest is now 22 and has a beautiful smile and great memories. The younger ones love that they have a game room to play while they wait their turn. more

Office is very kid friendly. All office personnel very pleasant. My children (age 12 and 18) have been going here for nine years and my oldest is still very comfortable and refuses to change to a General Dentist! more

I took my two children to Dr.Escue's office for the first time about a month ago and they enjoyed it!I highly reccomend this office for children.The office was very clean and well taken care of.The assistants and front office staff were very polite and made us feel very welcomed.When it was time for Dr.Escue to come in my children immediately felt comfortable around him.You can truly tell he knows what he is doing and enjoys every bit of it. more

Office is very kid friendly. Office personnel is very pleasant. My children have been going here for 9yrs and my 18yr still very comfortable and refuses to change to a General Dentist! Would recommend him to everyone! Pros: Office set is PERFECT for children Cons: Absoulutely None! more

I am writing this as I have been on hold with the office for almost an hour! I second everything the other reviewer said. The facilities are unclean and not very child-friendly. There are minimal toys available in the waiting areas, and none whatsoever in the exam rooms. Try keeping a 4 year old occupied while you wait 45 min. to an hour and a half AFTER you finally make it out of the waiting room! They take you back to an exam room and you wait, and wait, and wait. We have never waited less than 45 minutes. When you schedule an appt., you had better expect 2-3 hours of being at the office. Exam rooms have no child safety latches on any of the cabinets, and the doors can be easily opened, even by a baby. The trash cans in the rooms have no lids. The only items in the room are a few freebie magazines (and sometimes only in Spanish) and occasionally a dirty old children's book or two. Good luck seeing an actual doctor, or if you do, the same doctor you've seen before. The staff and receptionists are almost all rude. I have stood at the reception desk many times and have been ignored. The receptionists will see me there and just turn around and keep working. I have actually left the office because nobody would help me set the next appointment. They cannot be counted on. I guess it's all about making money- from what we've seen, they see a huge # of Medicaid patients. We actually pay for our insurance, so we expect much more. We've had enough and are moving on. It makes me sad to think that we put up with it for so long. more

Absolutely terrible. He is very rude even to the most well behaved children. They do less than five minutes of cleaning on my kids teeth. The office is disgusting and dirty, toilet is disgusting and gross. He over books patients. Worst of all, during his procedure he spoke down to my son and did not comfort him. My kid is no wimp he had multiple stitches on his eyelid and if he can handle that needle w/o crying then a simple cavity should be fine. The doctor was aggressive with him and my son was sore not from the procedure but from his roughness with him my own doc doesnt dare treat me like that. He is inhumane to the kids. Good for the parents whose kids like him, but for my kids never again. Beware, he is cold & doesnt console kids. Its frightening enough just to watch him, he is barbaric! I felt so bad for my son & the other kids who were crying too. Cons: Cold, rude more

I was asked to find another Dr. after I asked to go back with child as person in front of me went in. Dr Escue personally told me to 'find' another dr. as they don't have to room for parents which is a lie. They have lots of benches, etc. I would AVOID this dr without question, his office is in a bad neighborhood in a old run down building. Made an appt with Southern Dental who have NO issues with parents going back with kids. It is about time Dr.'s START LEARNING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Pros: Very Rude Cons: See Pros more

Horrible experience! I doubt the dr. is even doing any of the work. Parents only get to talk to the technicians and the parents are not allowed to be with their children. I would not recommend any parent take their child to his office. When I did talk with the dentist (via telephone) about my concerns, he advised me that he ""was too busy to talk to the medicaid moms"". My foster child is on medicaid and to me they should not be discriminated against. Pros: Takes Medicaid Cons: Running a very shady operation more
