Enterprise Rental 10/29/2009

I've never had good luck with Enterprise in Knoxville Parkside location. On 2 occasions, they didn't have a car for me even though I reserved one. They were not very helpful. I've rented from the Downtown location..they are a little better. I left my car there while I rented one and when I returned, I had pine sap on my car which is very difficult to remove from your car...they should have known that and advised people not to park there under the cedar tree... more

If your looking for a place to rent a car when on vacation to Knoxville, look no farther then Enterprise. They treat you with such love and care it is like you are their only customer. Also they have lots of choices to pick from. So next time you need a rental care pick Enterprise. They'll even pick you up! more
