I highly recommend the company as a renter and as someone who currently rents from them. They do what is needed when a maintenance issue comes up and it seems they have a very professional outlook on things in the business more

I Love Emerald Property Management. 10/19/2010

I have rented from this company three different times and NEVER ONCE had a problem getting return phone calls or my deposits back. I personally never had to deal with the president of the company but have met him and seen him deal with other people that I can only assume are tenants or owners of the properties they manage. I have lived at my current duplex for about 6 months now, and love it. Although there were some things that needed to be completed when I moved in, the maintenance lady was very helpful and quick to get them taken care of more

I have worked with both leasing agents in this office and they seem to know what they are doing. They are super good at knowing what is going on with almost everyaddress that they deal with, which is a wole lot of properties. more

I love this place. The landlord takes very good care of the place. New fixtures, everything works, the updating on the place has been nice. I also dig how central it is to everything. And the rent is reasonable too more

If you want quality 9/22/2010

If you need quality apartments duplexes or houses you should def check them out. they know what they are doing and make sure to keep their properties nice all the units i looked at were in good condition and clean when i saw them. I looked at alot of units believe me. On the expensive end and lower end price ranges. Never did I find a unit that was not clean. more

Nothing but respect for EPM 9/20/2010

For the past 5 years I and my family have rented from EPM and I have nothing bad to say about them. When I place a call in or go in in-person to file a complaint about something that needs fixing, within a day or two they are back to me finding out what exactly is wrong anf the repair per of company is there with in 24-48 to fix the problem. They have worked with me in regard to rent. When my wife's purse was stolen while she was riding the LTD buses, they where very willing to work with us to spread the amount over a period of time to help us out. I HAVE NOTHING BUT RESPECT FOR THEM. more

Good management company 9/7/2010

I will admit that it did take a day for the people who show the places to get back to me on seeing the properties, but neither of the properties I wanted to see were ready to be looked at. They scheduled me as soon as the property was ready to go into. When I call for any reason my call is given to the right person the first time ( didn't happen when I was with other companies in the area). I have never had a problem getting a return phone call from anyone. more

A lot of great Apartments 9/3/2010

they are great and had a lot of good apartments that take pets!!! I didn't have to pay to see my unit but Heather did say they rent first come first served on applicants so if I liked it not to wait or it could get rented which is reasonable! more

Great Company 9/2/2010

When I call for any reason my call is given to the right person the first time ( didn't happen when I was with other companies in the area). I have never had a problem getting a return phone call from anyone. I have had to call maintenance a few times and someone is out at my house either same day or the following day. I am very happy with their service and love my home. I would recommend their company over any other. I love coming in the lady is very nice at the front desk and very helpful and all of the staff are very professional. GREAT COMPANY! more
