This was the first time I have ever used a mobile mechanic and I must say I was very surprised by the service and the level of professional quality that Scott at Elite Mobile Services offered. In January 2012, our 2002 Honda Odyssey suddenly wouldn?t start due to a squirrel eating through some engine sensor wires. After making a call to Elite Mobile Service, the owner Scott was able to accommodate our family on short notice. In a short time, Scott was able to diagnose the problem and make the repair. The best part of the repair experience, I was able to leave my vehicle key with Scott. This allowed him to make the repair without disrupting my daily work schedule to supervise the repair job. Also, Scott was able to locate the hard to find sensor for the repair at a local auto parts store after the Honda Dealership said it would take a few weeks to get the part ordered and replaced. Overall, the vehicle was repaired in a short time and the cost of the job was reasonably priced. I will definitely use Elite Mobile Service again for any headache vehicle repair jobs. Thanks! more

Best truck service experience ever! I broke down in my old F250 this past week and after working on it myself for 4 hours, I put in a new starter and solenoid but still was stranded and had no clue what could be wrong. I called Scott and he showed up sooner than expected (exceeding my expectations) and diagnosed an electrical issue in about 20 minutes. After a short trip to the local parts store, the proble was fixed!! I will use Scott in the future for all my car care needs. After a short discussion, I left to get an essential part, returned per agreement and Scott did a quick analysis of my vehicle's condition. I called Scott this morning after waking up and finding that my battery was dead. I had suspected for awhile that it was the automatic door locks that were running during the night draining the battery as they had been clicking on an off on their own a lot. As soon as I mentioned this to Scott, he immediately said ""It's a Saturn isn't it"" He was right. It is a Saturn and that gave me a great feeling about him right away. An hour later he was here and 20 minutes later he had the car jumped and fixed! I recommend EMS to anyone with any kind of car trouble. Scott is honest, fair and knows his stuff. So I was in Austin for the weekend and my starter went out on Saturday I called three different mobile services one answered and I asked for an estimate and she never called back, the next one did the same thing, the third one never answered their phone what a way to run a business. 8/16/07 My daughter's car broke down in Buda on the way from San Antonio to Austin. Hubby was out of town, so he couldn't help. I did a ""search"" for mobile car repair and saw Scot's awesome reviews. From the first contact to the last, Scot was professional, personable, and went out of his way to help. He got the part, met my daughter at the car in Buda, made the repair (in the pouring rain!) and the price was very fair to say the least! Highly, highly recommend! On 5/16/ 2207, My 2002 Camry would not start. I work downtown and wondered if it just needed a jump. Well, the jump didn't work and being that I know very little about repairing cars, I wondered how was I going to get it to a repair shop, what shop was close by, and how much is this going to cost. I didn't want to take it to the dealer knowing that would be much more expensive and take forever to get my car back. I needed my car fixed and I needed it as fast as possible being that I commute from Round Rock each day. So I search the web and tried to find the closest repair shop and then I Google Mobile Mechanic and came across Elite Mobile Service and a guy named Scot Haskell. I gave him a call at 2:33 pm and explained my situation. He also explained to me how his services work and the cost associated prior to him arriving. At approx 3:39 pm he was in the parking lot. He troubleshot the problem quickly, and found that the starter was bad. He called for parts, but the auto parts store gave him the wrong starter. Luckily he checked the parts before he left the store. He immediately gave me a called and stated it would be in first thing in the morning and when it arrived he would pick it up and install it. I left my car at my office over night and the next morning at 9:47am, Scot called me and said my car was done and ready to go. The cost of the repairs were more than reasonable when you consider towing, parts, parts pick up and exchange, labor and not to mention he repaired it on the spot. He was very professional, knowledgeable and tech savvy. He even had a mobile office in his van (Laptop, printer, credit card machine etc) where he accepted my credit card and printed out an invoice. Lastly, HE USED GLOVES, therefore no nasty, oily, greasy stains in or on my car. It was all first class.
