Please write down everything on summary page, like: missing, heavy craked, damaged, loose, GFCI, not to code, caulking, patching,.......I need everything on summary page. I don't have time to read all the pages. I know, it's your policy to real full report, But, I don't have time to read it. Please....! Thank you ! By the way, anything on summary page, I need photos. And point with Arrow, I know Home InspectorPro Dominic software can do it. Thank you very very much !...Sam Huang more

Professional, informative and very detailed oriented. 2/20/2014

I was referred by my agent that I was working with, to inspect the house i was planning on buying, they were on time and soon as they arrived started there inspection. They were very thorough and also explained as they inspected if I asked them at the time of the work which was nice. They also gave me a explanation at the end of the inspection which was helpful for me to know the major issues. Overall I would recommend them to any party that requires inspection. more

Excellent service! 2/17/2014

Wow! What an incredible experience. We weren't sure what to expect but Eric walked us through the entire process from start to finish. About 90 minutes in Eric told us he'd be stepping away to make the report and then, just a few minutes later he showed up with a beautiful binder documenting all areas of concern. Not only were the issues written out, but photos also made it incredibly easy to follow and understand. Eric gave us his written report, recommendations and emailed us the soft copy within hours. We really appreciate Elites (and Eric's) help and couldn't imagine ever using another service. more

Excellent 2/17/2014

I recently had my prospective home inspected my Rick Avery. He was on time and got right to work. He did a terrific job. What impressed me most was the time he took to answer all of my questions. You name it, I asked it. He was patient with me and provided tremendous insight into a subject I know very little about. He even gave me some handy tips about how to freshen up our home, from cost estimates for work to how to install a new shower head and arm. This guy is an expert, exactly what you want in a home inspector. Great experience overall. more
