Wow! What an incredible experience. We weren't sure what to expect but Eric walked us through the entire process from start to finish. About 90 minutes in Eric told us he'd be stepping away to make the report and then, just a few minutes later he showed up with a beautiful binder documenting all areas of concern. Not only were the issues written out, but photos also made it incredibly easy to follow and understand. Eric gave us his written report, recommendations and emailed us the soft copy within hours. We really appreciate Elites (and Eric's) help and couldn't imagine ever using another service.
