Since my first time using Elite I have never called or used another firm. 12/11/2013

I only have to call Elite for my inspections. The phones are answered by polite knowledgeable people. I have never had to leave a message. They are able to set up my inspection immediately and are very patient with me when I have to make changes to times or dates after the original appointment. Elite then sends out confirmation immediately and a confirmation with payment instructions to my buyer. The inspectors have never been even one minute late to do the actual inspection. Generally they have finished their outside inspection before the time of the appointment The actual and very thorough inspection seldom takes more than 1/2 a day to arrive at my site and the buyers site. The report is well done, covers everything and is impressive in appearance. Elite then follows up with recall information for the appliances in the home. I have no reason whatsoever to call any other inspection companies. more

I would defintely use the Elite Group again needed be 12/5/2013

Our inspection needed to be done right away, within the same week and I was pleased to know that the Elite Group was able to go out and do the inspection right away. Also, the report was given to us very quick and it was very precise and easy to understand. more

Excellent SFR inspection in Victorville, CA 12/4/2013

I recently had an inspection done for my clients home and I was very pleased with the service we received. My inspector was Steve Coulter and he was very thorough and informative. His professionalism and knowledge is second to none. I just scheduled another inspection in Corona and I've requested Steve again, great job Elite Inspection! more
