this was 1st experience with Hyundai auto maintenance. We were lied to, bill claims I said I had heard certain noises, which I hadn't said, which lead to more repairs. Was told by Jorge that Accent's parts are crap and cannot handle after market tires, and that the tires were the cause of all the needed repairs. It would be nice if we had been told when buying the accent that it had substandard parts and they would need replacing if new tires were put on. Also, we were told to call Jorge at certain times, and when we called t those specific times we would find out that he had that day off. I don't understand why a clutch repair (and the other repairs they added on because of "tires") would take 6 days. I never had this much difficulty in communication and timeliness at either Honda or Toyota.
