Just what I was hoping for 5/22/2011

I would like to thank Holly and the team from Elegant Occassions for making the start of my journey so special. I had been to 2 other dress shops to try on dresses and until my appt at EO, it didn't feel real. I didn't feel like a bride. I didn't have the moment where I walk out of the dressign room feeling like a princess and like all eyes were on me. It was wonderful! in addition to thatm Holly worked very hard to meet my needs and unique taste. Thank you! more

Complete Satisfaction 5/20/2011

I really had no idea what I was looking for in a wedding dress, and Lois had me describe what I was looking for. She worked very hard to help me figure out what I liked and wanted, and she also worked with my bridesmaids to make the day go perfect. I found my dream dress and couldn't be happier. Lois was wonderful, and I would recommend her to anyone! more

Simply amazing 5/14/2011

I was extremely stressed about finding a dress. You always hear women say that they "knew it was THE ONE" which to me seemed impossible. Then I met Joanne, and she showed me how to relax and have fun. She also helped my mother and my sister find dresses. It was like having a second mom helping my try on dresses and give me advice. I would recommend Joanne to anyone! more

My consultant was Kathy. She was great! I'm extremely excited to continue working with her and Elegant Occasions until our wedding. The rest of the staff seemed friendly too, but I can't speak highly enough of Kathy. She made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. more

Great Service and Wonderful Staff 4/25/2011

I had a great experience with Elegant Occasions! It was different going through the book on the computer to begin with, but was helpful when it came to picking them out. Much easier than going through racks. I did not find my dress here, but they are all beautiful dresses and the staff is much more personal than other places I tried on dresses. They were all very friendly and helpful! more

Wonderful Staff! 4/17/2011

I had a great experience at Elegant Occasions! The slideshow in the beginning to pick out dresses was very convenient and easier than going through racks and racks of dresses, plus then you could see what the dresses look like on a person. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful...it really makes a difference while trying on dresses! Also the dresses are all beautiful! more

I love Elegant Occasions!!! There employees are extremely helpful and kind!!! The first year I went to a formal dance at my high school I was so excited to go dress shopping, well when I got to Elegant Occasions, after 100 dresses, I found the one I was dreaming of! The staff helped me from start to finish! For all 3 formal dances I've gone to I've went to Elegant Occasions! I'll be going there for my wedding in the near future! I'd like to also thank Kathy for all her wonderful help this year!! more

I worked with Lori and although I had looked online before entering the store and had a very precise idea of what I wanted, Lori helped me solidify my decision by sharing other dress styles with me. She also gave some advice and ideas as well as helping me find a possible veil and tiara. I was a little nervous upon entering the store and having never done this before but I instantly began to feel more comfortable. I will definitely return for future bridal purchases. more

I have worked with Lori & Kathy. They were wonderful, and very nice. The two times I have gone to elegant it has been very busy but when they are working with you they don't leave you to help someone else. You let them know what style you are looking for and they pull several for you to look at and try on. We are able to talk back and forth through e-mail and they always respond. If they don't have the answer for you that second they will find the answer for you and get back to you. more

The Only Appointment I Needed 3/13/2011

This was my first bridal appointment. Kathy was very nice, and listened to my ideas for a dress. She set me up on a computer and I picked out my top 10. However, not all dresses were available, so Kathy improvised and brought out dresses that were similar to what I liked. The second dress that I tried on was the one, and Kathy even showed me the tiaras that were only $25. She was a great salesperson, and made my experience great. more

Dream Come True Experience 3/13/2011

My experience was a dream come true! Dare I say PERFECT! From start to finish my appointment was beyond my expectations. I ended up with a dress I never thought I would look good in. The lady assiting me, Kathy, excitedly urged me to try it on. Saying, "I know this will look great on you!" and thank heaven I did. It is the most awesome, beautiful dress! when I came out in that dress there was not a single dry eye! I had to give Kathy so many hugs, because I was so thankful! Thank You! more

I am the mother of the bride and am very happy with our experience. They are not very happy if you don't have an appointment but do their best to accommodate you without one. They are always very busy and sometimes you feel like you need to take a number but their selection is wonderful - especially bridesmaid dresses. We were impressed with the PowerPoint presentation for wedding dresses. Lots of tuxes and mother of bride dresses - basically a one stop shop in the Northwoods! more
