I am the mother of the bride and am very happy with our experience. They are not very happy if you don't have an appointment but do their best to accommodate you without one. They are always very busy and sometimes you feel like you need to take a number but their selection is wonderful - especially bridesmaid dresses. We were impressed with the PowerPoint presentation for wedding dresses. Lots of tuxes and mother of bride dresses - basically a one stop shop in the Northwoods!
