I have worked with Lori & Kathy. They were wonderful, and very nice. The two times I have gone to elegant it has been very busy but when they are working with you they don't leave you to help someone else. You let them know what style you are looking for and they pull several for you to look at and try on. We are able to talk back and forth through e-mail and they always respond. If they don't have the answer for you that second they will find the answer for you and get back to you.
