Not One of the Best 4/16/2006

I have frequented each of the El Rosal's throughout the Central Valley, and this one is not one of my favorites. The atmosphere is not like the other restaurants, and this one is rather closed up. It reminds me of a musty bar. The seats are not the same as the other restaurants, and the restaurant is not very open. The staff is not very friendly either. I would recommend trying one of the other locations if possible. more

I love chimichanga's and El Rosal is the only place I've been able to find them in the area. Everything at El Rosal is delicious and don't forget to ask to try the flour chips with your salsa. They have a wide range of thing to choose from - including fish burritos and carne asada. They are conveniently located and have late hours on weekends. more
