I went in and talked to the people in the office at Eel Valley Appliance a few months before my refrigerator quit because I was afraid that would happen, and I should have purchased a refrigerator then but I did not. The young man at the desk was very helpful when I was looking at the different refrigerators. A few months later when my refrigerator quit, I was in a bad fix and they helped me out. I called them up and asked them what kind of deal they could make so I didn't have to drive out to Fortuna, and we took care of everything over the phone. I live alone so it's hard for me to handle big things like that. They helped me decide on an item, and they shipped it when they said they would. During the install, the man was very helpful and it was quick. Go in and ask Eel Valley Appliance what you need to know, and you'll get good answers!
