Very helpful with the whole process, thank you for putting me at ease and explaining to me that the loud noise on my car really wasn't a huge issue and was fixed easily.

the guys did excellent work and I have to say I was very impressed with how clean the shop was. A lot of the mechanics shops I have been to have been in serious need of a cleaning...

It was nice to see for once that the cost of the repairs were LESS than they orginally expected, it seems like every time I have to get my car worked on somewhere it always ends up being more than i originally thought. more

I see all of these positive reviews and I think none of you guys have been to the Edwards on Southport. I took my car in 2 months ago. Today it is still not fixed. As soon as I pull out of the lot the vehicle still has the same problem! I had work done that I didn't want and because of that work I have transmission fluid leaking everywhere. They took a long time to do the work and the work was poor. I had to take it in again for a small leak, brought it back home and it was leaking all over! I took it back and the owner was not only rude but very belligerent, vocal and nasty. I bring it home and it leaks worse than the last. If you want to pay too much, wait a long time for the work, have poor quality work and be bullied by the owner, then by all means go to Edwards on Southport. more

they just did such a great job the price was less than they oringially quoted because they found some cheaper parts for me and most of all the car doesnt leak on the garage any more which means my husband is happy lol more

Not only did they fix my vehicle really fast but afterwards when I thought I had a problem they drove it and drove it and drove it until they could hear the exact same noise I heard, turns out it was a pulley but I was impressed on how dedicated to making sure I was satisifed. more

I've been back to edwards twice since I went there the first time and every time I've been back they have always been kind and gave me the best price around! I had my transmission fluid changed last time and it was only 89, everyone else I called was over 100! more

the cost actually ended up being less than what they thought since they were able to find some cheaper parts for me, ive never been to a shop where they find a cheaper price for you after you've agreed to pay a certain amount. these guys rock! more

my car works better now and I didn't have to pay as much as originally thought. they had tochange the plugs on my car and do a tune up but thankfully it wasnt the transmission like i thought it was. more
