Very helpful with the whole process, thank you for putting me at ease and explaining to me that the loud noise on my car really wasn't a huge issue and was fixed easily.

Worst

the guys did excellent work and I have to say I was very impressed with how clean the shop was. A lot of the mechanics shops I have been to have been in serious need of a cleaning...

My OD light was on and when I came in they took about 16 minues to daignose my car and told me to return. I set an appointment and cmae backa nd my car has been fine since. more

I noticed a leak and as soon as I emailed Edwards I was able to get my car looked at the same day and within a day they had the leak fixed and I was bakc on the road. more

The repairs went well and I realy liked the fact that they wanted to see me after ten days for just a general inspection to make sure all the repairs were still good, it really shows these guys care about their cusytomers and not just their wallets! more

the manager, rich I think his name was, was very professional and made sure I was taken care of as soon as I came into the shop. My honda was sreviced and out the door in a few hours and he even gave me a coupon for my next service. A+ service at this shop, will refer my friends to them! more

turns out the whining noise I heard on my vehicle was just some sort of plastic piece that was loose but while they were doing the free lift inspection they did notice that my jeep needed a new axle and replaced it so I'm sure glad I went there, I don't know what would have happened if it had completely gone out! more

Everything went great when we took our cadillac in for service at the southport and madison location. The manager marty was super polite and made sure that we fully understood everything they were doing to the motor before they started any of the work. These guys are honest and reliable, I have a new mechanic for any future repairs and they have a new customer! more

marty was such a great guy when i came in to get my car fixed, he made me feel like i was the only customer there(although the place was packed lol) i had to wait a bit because they were so busy but he made sure to let me know how close they were to getting results on my car and when they had them they came over to me right away. i wasn't able to get the worked done at that time but they gave me a list of all the stuff my car needed so now im just saving my money! more
