Hmmmm on a budget but want to impress? Take a girl here! The environment is romantic, it felt like uptown sushi transplanted on the westside. The sushi is really, really good, and i'm picky about sushi. Great happy hour prices, Sunday is happy hour all day! gotta love that, sunday funday! I wish the location were a little more central, but it will not disappoint. great lounge feel and great food. more

Best Sushi By Far 9/1/2010

I consider myself a true sushi lover, & Edomae has yet to disappointed me. The sushi is delicious, I use to go once a week. The Chef Special is great, The Asoko (I believe) is great as well! Every roll I have had has been good. The set up of the restaurant is beautiful. Edomae Sushi is an excellent place to eat! more

delicious sushi! 2/28/2010

i first decided to try this place because 713 closed a bit further down westheimer. i looked up the menu online, and saw the great happy hour prices. i figured i didn't have much to lose by trying it out, and i was delighted with the entire experience. the sushi is great, and the menu selections are extensive. the waitstaff is attentive and courteous. this is my new sushi place! Pros: relatively undiscovered, great happy hour deals more

Great sushi place for everyone 2/26/2010

I've been to Edeomae twice, and it hasn't let me down. The prices are great on the budget, and the food tastes great! I'm a sucker for their fried ice cream dessert. The interior is very nice and well kept, the waiters that we've had have also been courteous and timely. This place is great for business men, the young, old, first timers, or if you eat sushi often. I wish they stayed open at least another hour during weekedays, 10pm seems too early for a place like this. Pros: great prices, great food, good service Cons: they should extend their closing hours more

Fave new sushi place! 2/24/2010

This place is amazing! The decor is completely unexpected before you walk thru the door - it's gorgeous and romantic. Decorated very similar to Uptown Sushi. The waitstaff are extra friendly and very attentive, without hovering. They are very willing to adapt anything you want to modify on the menu. Pros: Amazing sushi, great waitstaff, very nice atmosphere more

Fantastic Sushi - What a find!! 6/25/2009

The restaurant has a terrific open concept, very spacious and lots of seating - no crowding. The dim lighting makes it very romantic. The service is excellent, very attentive and courteous. The cuisine is fantastic, really fresh, and there is so much variety. The presentation is beautiful and the quality of the fish is simply excellent. My son and I have tried just about every sushi restaurant in Katy and West Houston over the last few years and this by far exceeds all of them! We have a new favorite place and will be back and often! Pros: Great ambiance, inviting, simple elegance Cons: No cons, except would be nice to have one in Cinco more

Good Place for lunch 5/7/2009

I love going here for lunch they have a very good selections and the price for the lunch specials are very reasonable. They also have live bans also. Pros: Very good Sushi Cons: can't think of any more
