We took our truck in here about 2 weeks ago. When wefirst got it back not even aday later andthe check engine light came on. The truck stalled a few times and we learned that they put the wrong sized screw in it and power was getting cut off and stalling. We have a three year oldand being stuck in 100 degree weather sucks. My husband took it back this morning because we needed to get it smogged and once again the check engine light came on, they wanted another 300 to look at it when we just took it in 2 weeks ago andpaid 300 to get it working. We are highly dissapointed in this dealership and I am hoping that people read these reviews, so they dont fall for all the advertisements andscams. They shouldhave known better then to put the wrong size bolt and since was only 2 weeksago should have offered to look at it regardless and help us. more

My wife and I recently purchased a 2007 Suburban from your dealership. I thought I better mention the circumstances of the purchase. Needless to say we were pleased with the eventual outcome of our purchase. We special ordered a red Suburban in early March. About three weeks later we were informed by our salesmen, Fausto Ramierz and sales manager Joe Madesian, that General Motors stopped its production of red Suburban’s for the 2007 model year. We were disappointed that it took three weeks to let us know of the circumstances. Both Fausto and Joe were very apologetic and said they should have caught this earlier. A couple of other car dealerships said the constraint was off and they would order the car. Joe told me that just was not true and they were not being honest with us. The other dealerships could not come through. He was right. more

I loved the superb treatment I received from Jill and Ed Bozarth Chevrolet in connection with the purchase of my 2007 Chevy Trailblazer LT. I don't think I have ever been treated better in connection with a major purchase. First, you immediately responded to my Internet inquiry for a price quote, calling and then faxing information on two vehicles. After I decided to purchase, you really went beyond the call of duty doing things like bringing the paperwork to my house when I needed to go home to tend to a sick dog and also had become very tired in the early evening and did not feel up to driving back to the dealership to finish the transaction. Although my new vehicle was shining like a diamond when I arrived at Ed Bozarth to take delivery, you went so far as to clean off a few tiny dirt spots and place all my personal items inside the new vehicle where they belonged before I took delivery. You patiently and carefully explained all the vehicle's functions. You even answered your cell phone on your day off to help me with questions on the vehicle settings. You arranged to have the sealant put on the Trailblazer before I took delivery so I wouldn't have to bring the vehicle back so soon considering my dog's sickness. Your care and attention to detail was just amazing! I could go on and on but it would be a very long list. I hope GM, Chevrolet and Ed Bozarth dealership realize what a tremendous asset you are to them. more

We would like to express our sincere thanks to you and your staff in the recent leasing of our wonderful new 2007 Chevrolet Impala. Our first impression of your Chevrolet dealership was very positive with our introduction to John Condon, as our sales consultant. Mr. Condon’s conversation and demeanor immediately showed us that we could trust. To us, trust is by far, the most important attribute in the process of selling our old car and obtaining a new vehicle. After we left your dealership on that first day, we both felt very relieved that we were dealing with someone with whom we could depend upon to be square and honest with us. In all of our subsequent dealings with John Condon, we were at ease and we knew that we could depend on his efforts on our behalf. On that first day we were also impressed with the friendliness and concern of Joe Madesian. Mr. Madesian told us to contact him if we had any problems. We sincerely appreciated his remarks and we knew that we could count on him if needed. He certainly made us feel welcome and he greeted us with thanks and a smile when we picked up our new Impala. And we cannot say enough for the efforts of John Austin. We wanted a single payment GMAC lease so that in three years we can just return to your dealership, turn in our 2007 Impala and order another new Chevrolet without having to go through the hassle of bargaining on the price of the used car. The complexities of this arrangement, combining our trade in, our credit card award money, etc. required considerable extra effort on the part of Mr. Austin. The last two General Motors dealerships that we dealt with were unable or unwilling to provide this single payment lease service for us. So we certainly appreciate the detailed work of Mr. Austin and your accounting people on our behalf. I was an engineer for General Motors and Chevrolet for thirty years. It was very frustrating, even disheartening, to have to work with uncaring and untrustworthy dealers on the previous two vehicle purchases in the Denver area. more

After 2 consecutive horrible experiences with the dealer where I purchased a new 07 Suburban, I decided to give the Lone Tree / Park Meadows Ed Bozarth Chevrolet a try. The difference is like night and day. For 3 years running, the service department at Ed Bozarth has been absolutely the best in every way. Great service, great listening, great effort, very honest and the always advise with my best interest in mind. I've been a customer at many car dealer service departments for many makes and dealers over the past 35 years and nobody else is even in the same league as these guys! I wish my wife had a Chevy so I could take it there for service too. I'm spoiled. more

We purchased used 2006 Cobalt for our graduate son last night with the assistance of Jeff Reimers. Jeff was a true pleasure to work with. Bought a car from you guys today. Edward was my sales associate. Great pitch on prices, value and availability. He was very attentive to my needs. Even after a situation after the sale, he still is attentive. Two follow up phone calls. Just can’t believe the service! Joe the closer, explained all my options on the screen before he printed them. I spent 20 minutes browsing, 20 minutes on the work sheets, 20 minutes on the closing, and upon getting up from my chair, my car was ready. Edward agreed to drive the car home and I brought him back in my old one, which I decided to keep. Total time from contact to good-bye: One hour and ten minutes. Basically it was Look, Deal, Done!
