As another reviewer stated, you are treated more as a number than a person. I felt as if they were overly robotic in thier treatment of patients and that did little to put me at ease during the imaging study. The results were accurate, so I am sure that is what is most important, but I still felt as if I was given the cold shoulder by the staff. more

Indifferent staff 9/22/2005

I had a screening done here and I found their staff to be mostly friendly, but gruff. I got the feeling that they see a TON of people daily and weren't really concerned with me as an individual. However, the facility was well equipped, clean and my results came back quickly. I was well informed of exactly what would happen during and after the test and it all went seamlessly. If I hadn't gotten the impression that it was run by robots, I would have felt a lot more positive about the whole experience. more

East Valley Diagnostic Imaging 7/28/2005

This is a business that runs tests ordered by doctors. I had xrays run here. However, I had trouble with the first xrays not being processed correctly leading to a scare as to the results. A followup showed no problem. Then I had trouble with them billing the insurance company. They were average in all ways and could have been more personable in dealing with people who have concerns or illnesses. I was not impressed. more
