Worst

The company built an outside patio for me. Several months later it started leaking. It took some time but he fixed the problem. I'm just happy the ordeal is over.

I Recommend Dynamo Home Improvements, Ross Garza and his highly skilled builders built a beautiful patio cover for me that looks like it was built as part of our original house. Ross has a very nice portfolio of cover patios he has built and we were able to incorporate our favorite aspects of different patios he has built into our patio and the end results was our dream patio cover with lights and ceiling fan included. I had several bids to build a patio cover and Ross provided the best price and design. The patio cover was completed in less than 1 week this included building, electrical, painting and stain. I would highly recommend contacting Dynamo Home Improvements when considering building a covered patio more

Excellent work worth every penny! 12/10/2013

Dynamo Home Improvements did an excellent job for me. I used them before for roof work, but recently they made a patio for me. You should absolutely go with them! They have great quality. They do excellent work, and they are worth every penny! more

We loved everything! 12/28/2011

We are thrilled with the house improvements that Ross and his team from Dynamo did for us! They replaced all the wood portions of our house, including siding, trim, soffits, and fascia boards. Everything was beautifully painted. They also installed new shutters, new front and back doors, and all new windows. They doubled the size of our backyard patio and covered it with beautiful flagstones. Ross and his crew are professional, honest, and extremely hard-working. We are having them install a new fence for us in the near future. We love everything Dynamo did for us and we highly recommend them. Tim and Sharon Hill more

Watch out for this company 7/4/2011

We hired Ross and his company to build a patio cover, which was suppose to take 1 week, no more than a week and a half. It has now been over 2 months and they are still not finished. Every time he sets a date to come out and complete the work he never shows up. We get every excuse in the book. I don't understand how a person can do business this way. We have paid him in full before job was completed, that was the mistake! Live and Learn. There was a couple of minor things we were not happy with, he said he could fix them but it would cost more money. At this point I just want the job done. Overall look of the patio cover is ok, but attention to detail is shabby at best. more

Incredible Job - Thanks 9/20/2010

This company built the most beautiful patio enclosure for us. It has been a very hot summer but sitting out on our new patio with the fans going and no sun on our face has been a pleasure. In a sence it has brought our family closer and we now spend more time together. more

A+ with us and A+ with the BBB 4/8/2010

Dynamo Home Improvements updated our bathrooms and did a wonderful job. They also replaced tile and paint in our kitchen and windows. We are now second time satisfied customers and will ask them to re model the whole kitchen in the near future. I had a several jobs done such as metal awnings improved, roofing and two patio covers installed by Dynamo Home Improvements. They have the best employees that were very skilled and nice. I strongly recommend them to anyone. Pros: Patient and Incredible work Cons: Could not find any more

Once I saw the A+ rating on BBB, just after Thanksgiving we had a patio cover built by Dynamo Home Improvements. The quality of work is outstanding, the carpenter added his own touches to it and has truly made it a custom patio cover; in fact we were so impressed that we had Dynamo improve our front entry way. We have had the walkway widened and over layed with flagstone, again an outstanding job. All of the workmen were very courteous and did exactly what we wanted. I have learned the hard way, that a thorough and well thought out sales pitch doesn't mean a darn thing if you can't get the head of the company to come out to the house to LOOK at, let alone fix, problems. Not only did he install a defective sliding door, but when the patio cover was put on, NO FLASHING was installed by his workers, so now I have a leak which has damaged the wall and window in a bedroom. And no way can I get Ross Garza to come out and take care of this problem. I have begged, pleaded, tried to be nice and he has put me off probably no less than at least 50 times in the year and a half since the patio cover and sliding door were installed. I could NEVER recommend them in good conscience to anyone. more
