Review content:
We hired Ross and his company to build a patio cover, which was suppose to take 1 week, no more than a week and a half. It has now been over 2 months and they are still not finished. Every time he sets a date to come out and complete the work he never shows up. We get every excuse in the book. I don't understand how a person can do business this way. We have paid him in full before job was completed, that was the mistake! Live and Learn. There was a couple of minor things we were not happy with, he said he could fix them but it would cost more money. At this point I just want the job done. Overall look of the patio cover is ok, but attention to detail is shabby at best.
