They came out and looked over the damage. Assured us it could be taken care of in 2 days.. 3 max. Assured us that, including the re tiling, large furniture could be moved from one side of the room to the other in the living room and did not have to be removed. Assured us that their guys would work from the crack of dawn to at least 6pm to make sure it was finished in time. Then came reality once they started. Came in on most days around 10/10:30.. left around 4pm.. it took over a week which cost us over 800 dollars at a hotel ( family of 5 ). Some days only one person showed up to work. Calls to the manager resulted in either, no answer, no callback, or a "really??.. I assure you they are there working right now", when in reality, we stopped by the house to check (and were calling him from there ) and it was closed and locked, with no one even there. Then.. they cracked our plasma tv, which they unmounted and moved. Ok.. accidents happen.. fine... Lawrence came by and agreed to replace it since it was their fault. It has now been 3 months since they damaged the TV and over a month since he claims to have ordered it and he has not called me ...even.. once. Not once. The last call he answered was when I called him a month ago to find out where the replacement tv was and he assured me he ordered it and just simply didn't have the time to track it or deliver it. I called the place he claimed to have ordered it from and they said that while they could not tell me if he had ordered one, they did have them in stock their delivery time was 7-10 days or less, anywhere in the US. I have offered to go over and pick it up myself at Drytime's Austin location. . Those requests and all subsequent calls have gone unanswered and ignored.
