I have been an occasional customer here for several years. I've always had fast, friendly service and everything turns out as expected. The drive through service is very convenient. I've met the manager/owner and he seems like a good guy. All the other folks that work there are also great (the ones that I've met!!). I'll be back for sure. more

I love this place! These guys truly understand service. They're polite, fast and do fabulous work! Prices are very reasonable as well! more

I am not writing as someone who uses this Dry Cleaners, but I am writing as someone who was supposed to be employed there. Joe O, the mananger/owner or whatever he is, hired me to work there and after three days of training told me I could not work. He is refusing to pay me for the hours that I did put in. And on top of it, threatening to counter-sue me over something that he claims he has, which he has nothing. I have read the "bad" reviews on here and completely understand. Joe O is a bad business man and a horrible employer. He will definitely deny that anything happened to your garment while in his store because in three days, I saw it happen a few times. If you confront him with anything, he will threaten legal action on you even if it isn't deserved. He is cheap and rude to his employees and even to many of the customers. Please save your money and go somewhere else. He claims to be the 7th largest dry cleaners in Texas, who cares? Especially when you treat people like dirt. If I more

This is the best cleaners ever given how inexpensive they are! It is so cheap and so professional! The new management is fantastic. We love the staff, and we feel safe leaving nice clothes with them. We haven't tested them yet with difficult stains, so I don't know how well they treat tricky stains. However, this is your go-to cleaners for everyday wear (hands down). more

I returned to this cleaners after having gone to another place for several years after a referral from a friend. I guess they changed ownership in the past year, so I thought I'd give it a try. It's a totally different experience. They do a great job on my shirts and they replace my buttons for free!!! I hope they can keep it up. more

I have been going to this cleaners for the past two years and have nothing but great things to say. I've had a hard time finding a cleaners that will take out stains and not break my buttons off, and I think I've finally found them. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great cleaners without reservation. more

This cleaners recently underwent a management change and I can't tell you how great it's been since the take over. The employees actually care and the service is a whole lot better. I hope they stick around for a while. more

I have gone to DSCS since they opened. While they were outstanding in the beginning, service has gone WAY downhill. I still use them because they are reasonabily priced, but I count and note EVERYsingle item because they have lost so many things. And it's always something brand name (Ralph Lauren, Ann Taylor, Anthropolgie, etc). The last time they lost a shirt (it was brand new), they found it three months later and it came back with a huge stain that wasn't on there when I dropped it off. more

We have used this cleaners for several years, but recently stopped. They have very poor customer service, no sense of urgency, and have repeatedly done a bad job of cleaning and pressing our clothing. The manager is NEVER available and the employees are totally uninterested in customer satisfaction. We will NEVER use them again and would not recommend them to friends. more

This is a great cleaners. They got a stain out of one of my dresses that I thought was ruined. And they have the nicest employees, fast service and great prices. more
