We have used this cleaners for several years, but recently stopped. They have very poor customer service, no sense of urgency, and have repeatedly done a bad job of cleaning and pressing our clothing. The manager is NEVER available and the employees are totally uninterested in customer satisfaction. We will NEVER use them again and would not recommend them to friends.
