I had my carpet cleaned and I was really thinking it was going to have to be replaced. The two gentleman that showed up were great. They moved all the furniture and did a great job. My carpet looks brand new. The two gentleman that cleaned the carpets were very professional and nice. Best carpet cleaning I have ever had. Will definitely be a return customer. more

Honestly, my conversation lasted 2 minutes with this man who was as nasty as they come. He quoted me $120 for basic carpet cleaning. I asked what services he can provide that is a step up from basic. He told me that they are not a high level carpet cleaner and to get my dog hair up they can not do. He told me that other companies would just lie to me and scam me if I told them what I was looking for. He started getting very hostile when I quoted him about his company not being high level cleaning company and unable to perform the job I was looking for. While he continued to be rude, I said thank you for your help and hung up on him before he could finish with his attitude. Either he was having a really, really bad day, his english was so broken he didn't understand or he is just a jerk. For me... I would never want someone with such an attitude problem around me or my children. Thank you but no thank you sir. Have a great day. Cons: Got such an attitude couldn't even use service more

The last comment is from my competition. He posted in few listings we have. He just copied and paste the same message over and over again. The proof is he is talking about carpet cleaning on a listing talking about air duct cleaning. We know it was a fake customer because we never had any complains or phone calls or police reports about stolen stuff and we don t give prices over the phone. more

first, they pull the old bait and switch on the price. then, they cannot take no for an answer. once they are done not cleaning your carpet, but you have turned your back for about 2 minutes to let them work . . . . they will steal your sony PSP (value: $150) and the cord to your floor cleaner ($35) because they couldn't honor their quotes. \r \r Hire these guys only if you just have money to burn, and being on the recieving end of robbery, both figuratively and literally, suits you Pros: if they wanted to, they could clean your carpet, theoretically Cons: they are cons, literally! were a total pain to deal with, bait and switch, employee stole odd items from home more
