first, they pull the old bait and switch on the price. then, they cannot take no for an answer. once they are done not cleaning your carpet, but you have turned your back for about 2 minutes to let them work . . . . they will steal your sony PSP (value: $150) and the cord to your floor cleaner ($35) because they couldn't honor their quotes. \r

Hire these guys only if you just have money to burn, and being on the recieving end of robbery, both figuratively and literally, suits you
Pros: if they wanted to, they could clean your carpet, theoretically
Cons: they are cons, literally! were a total pain to deal with, bait and switch, employee stole odd items from home
