Very Happy with them. I like that they don't put customers into a 250.00 contractual agreement. Pay as you go! Affordable and through. They guarantee their service and honor their word that they will return if you need a second service within the first month at no additional charge. Highly recommend Down's Pest Control! more

Great Job! 12/7/2011

I had some tenants that had a lot of cockroaches. We tried other companies but they did not seem to work. Downs was much cheaper and they did a great job. Very helpful! more

Downs Pest Control did a really good job. I had no problems when I called to schedule for them to come out again. They do a really good job explaining things to me over the phone, and when they came out they did a good job letting me know what to expect too. more

Man, I had a boat-load of bed bugs and it was really annoying, that guy came over and cleaned it up good and quick. I just had to recommend them! more

Mouse in the House! 8/31/2011

My husband called Down's because he saw a mouse in the house and Daniel was there in just a few short hours. He set up multiple live traps and told us to give him a call when we caught the mouse. He was super nice, professional and did a complete inspection outside our house to determine where the mouse could have come in. He also gave us pointers on how to prevent mice from coming in and what we could do. more

Termite Inpection 8/25/2011

We were selling a home and wanted to be sure there were no termite issues. The inspection was very complete and the inspector gave the new owner recommended areas to check for issues in future years. Pricing was exceptional. Overall very pleased, and would recommend to others. more

They did the inspection, then followed up with the necessary action, and I am not finding any issues with what they did. They did a good job. Downs Pest Control had good prices, and I know because I had called around. They were really friendly, and when they said they would be here, they were here. Everything has been great after they sprayed, and I haven't seen anything since then, knock on wood. more

Friendly, professional staff and very thorough 7/15/2011

I called because I have an ant problem. They came out and did a thorough inspection, asked me questions and answered all my questions. The application for the ants is guaranteed which makes me feel better. I will definitely use them again for other bug maintenance and will recommend them. Thanks for helping to give me piece of mind. more

Impressive service 6/5/2011

I had carpenter ants. I found Downs Pest Control online and called them because of their good reviews. I was grateful they would come on a Saturday and didnt charge weekend prices. The two guys were very thorough, treating inside and out, and even treating 2 trees away from the house where they found ants. Their products are safe for humans and animals. They answered all my questions and offered to retreat if I still found ants in the next day or so. Very professional, and do not try to scam you for more money. In fact, they even offered discounts. more

I haven't had much experience with Downs Pest Control, as they've only been out twice, but they were excellent both times. My experiences with them have been good. They explain everything, including things we didn't know, and they give you advice on how to control whatever problem you're having. I definitely had a good experience with the boys. more

Great Company!!! 6/3/2011

Every year about this time we seem to get ants in our house. We have had other pest control companies out to help, but this company went above and beyond what we have seen from the "other guys". Very nice staff!! They asked a lot of questions and wanted to understand what problems WE were having instead of assuming we were like every other house they visited. I would recommend this company to any of my family and friends. Now my 3 year old can sleep at night because "the bug guys were here and got em!" Thanks Downs!! more

They are great. 5/4/2011

I had a really bad mouse problem. I can't stand mice, and I am scared of them. Downs Pest Control got rid of them; it was unbelievable. Downs Pest is great. They have reasonable pries, and they come back in the spring, or whenever you want, to spray. If you still see the pest problem within a certain time frame, they will come back for no charge. I have been using them for awhile. more
