I wanted to say thank you to everyone at Door-Mart, the customer service representative on the phone was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I asked if they could call me 20 or 30 minutes ahead of time so I could run home and meet them, they did. The garage door tech was on time as promised and installed 2 Marantec HP belt drive motors. I love these 2 units, they are so quiet I cant even tell they are running. I liked them so much I am getting 2 more for another house I have. The technician cleaned the garage after he was done working. Door-Mart is a breath of fresh air all around. more

I had called many gate repair people. They didn't have the time to come out, too busy they said. Too small a job. At this place, Tiffany set up a date in 2 days. She was friendly, communicating skills and kept thanking me for choosing this company. The young man, Sean, was fast, funny, and knew exactly what he was doing. I never take the time to do this kind of thing but in this case I wanted other customers to know about this company. Yesterday my local handyman worked on my garage door with hopes to having it completed before my wife got home. It was more than his skills could handle, he broke some parts and I sent him home. So I went online and called DoorMart, there office even tried to get me same day service so I could keep my birthday surprise for her. I thanked them and scheduled for next day. Their service tech "Keith" arrived on time was very professional and took the time to explain what was wrong. He had everything working properly and cleaned up before he left. Getting good service is rare these days and I would reccomend them to family & friends more

Although the repairman Gene was late for our scheduled appointment I was not disappointed with the the service I received. The repairs were done very quickly, (replaced two broken springs, replaced all door rollers, and serviced the door). The door opener has not worked this well in a long time. more

I called Door-Mart Garage Doors service center Monday afternoon and seamlessly confirmed an appointment for an estimate. Frank was the service technician dispatched to my area. And even though he was unfamiliar with Vallejo, he arrived early to the appointment, which I truly appreciated. Once there, he went right to work on analyzing my problem. Not more than a minute had passed before Frank provided me with a very reasonable estimate. Yet he went one step further. He informed me that he could completely fix the problem in 20 minutes. Of course I jumped on the opportunity because like most home-business owners my time is very limited. Much to my surprise and sheer delight, Frank completed the job in less than 20 minutes and then began to test for redundancy. We were completely done in an economical time window of 30 minutes. I highly recommend Door-Mart Garage Doors for any garage door issues. What more can I say: courteous friendly service, knowledgeable technicians, and great customer service. Door Mart replaced the residential springs for my garage door. They had the best prices of their competition and providded better quality springs that will last twice as long. The serviceman Francisco was effiicent, polite and proffesional. He was able to answer all of my question. When he finished the job he showed me how to service my garage door to make it last longer. Total job time was 30 minutes. more

Thank you to The Door Mart for such a pleasant experience. My wife and I ordered a replacement garage door for our home in El Granada. The old door was the original HEAVY wood door circa 1970 and it was clearly nearing the end of its life. We called The Door Mart and they promptly sent out Gus who was a great help to us in selecting the proper door for our home. Gus was able to determine the size and also recommend an excellent roll up steel door. The estimate for the new door and the installation was very competitive and we felt very comfortable in selecting The Door Mart to do the job. The door was ordered and in about a month it arrived at the warehouse. The Door Mart sent out Ryan B. to remove our old door and install the new one along with brand new garage door opener. I can't say enough good things about Ryan. He was able to remove the old door and do the complete installation on his own. He completed the work and we just couldn't believe what a difference the new door made to the over all look of our house. Ryan did a fantastic job on both the door installation and the opener installation. He was also able to program two of our cars to the HomeLink feature which we really love as well as the two remotes that came with the opener. Everything was as professionally done as humanly possible. When Ryan finished, he cleaned up and it looked like nobody was ever there...except that we had a brand new garage door. It has been over a month and the door is working flawlessly. I would recommend The Door Mart, Gus and Ryan to everybody and I have done just that with my friends and neighbors. It is the second time I have used Door-Mart. We try to take care of things locally, and there is a local person who I bought the garage door and opener from, but after two experiences where it was a week and then two weeks until they could come out, we decided to go with someone else. I opened up the yellow pages and ran across Door-Mart. I noticed that they were open 24-7, 365 days a year, and so that is how we started using them. They replaced the gears in the motor because they were stripping and wearing out. It is working like brand new. The set up is 6 or 7 years old, but after Door-Mart was done with it, it sounds and operates like brand new. Nick, the technician who came out, explained the garage door opener world to me, and I liked that. He let me know that we could fix it or replace it, but that he wanted to do what the customer wanted. He told me about a lot of different options, but also reassured me that he wasn't here to push me into something I didn't want. He was very professional. Give them a shot. It is tough to maintain garage doors that are not operating properly. Especially for an older person, or someone who is disabled, the emergency lift handle can be very heavy. Definitely call Door-Mart, because like they say, they will be at your door before you hang up the phone. Anyone who can't wait for someone to call back, Door-Mart is the place. They are right on the spot, just like they say. more
