Domani Studio

It is not a good idea to run for the deal. Do some research before you make appointments for deals that seem to good to be true, usually they are. I have had issues with both Domani's and the new Beauty Solutions offering deals and then not answering the phone when you call with questions or to make an appointment. I am concerned with many comments on different sites regarding this company.. I think I will seek treatment in a medical office. Salons just do not follow the same rules. Sure the cost can be appealing but in the end it could be a big waste of your money!!\r LADIES DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!! more

BEWARE!!! This salon will lie to you to get your money then turn their back on you! I saw their special for $99 for 3 laser hair removal sessions. I called to find out what type of laser they used (to make sure it was worth it) and they told me they used a Candela laser. Candela is a high quality laser so I made the appt and went. During the procedure I had to keep telling the girl she missed spots and pointing them out to her. After a week I had no results so I emailed the owner she told me she would have the girl who did my procedure call me. She never did and the owner kept putting me off or not responding to emails and messages. I took it upon myself to call the laser manufacturer to see if having no results was typical. Instead I was informed by Candela's VP of Sales that Domani Studio/Beauty Solutions does NOT carry a Candela laser. In fact one of Candela's reps had gone out to her about a week prior to try and sell her one and saw that she has a laser NOT EVEN USED FOR HAIR REMOVAL!!! I informed the owner of what Candela said and all she said to me is ""We do not give refunds for any reason"". Not even if you lied to get my money in the first place??? Horrible unethical business practices. more

have had 2 appointments here for laser hair removal. my first appointment they called to reschedule me due to the maching needing maintanence. they had to reschedule me twice. then i went for my second appointment, and showed up and said ""oh no one called you?"" i replied ""no."" well our machine is in need of repair again, and someone deleted your information out of our system so we couldnt call you to inform you."" which is crap because i filled out a paper copy of my information so they could read more » have found my number if they needed to. and i wasted and hour round trip in my car to and from, including gas, and had to pay my babysitter $40 to watch my kids while i was gone. I was out at least $55 for something that i didnt even have done. It was there error, and would not recommend this salon to anyone. i will never return there again. the first laser session i recieved was fine, but due to the bad customer service i will NEVER go there again and wont reccomend for anyone to go there. I made an appointment to get my hair straightened using a Groupon. I received a phone call 15 minutes before my appointment telling me that, not only did they have my appointment time wrong, but the person who was supposed to do my hair was sick and they had to cancel. I explained that I had driven over an hour to get to the place and that I was about five minutes away, and the woman said that "life happens" and that as I "went through life" I would eventually learn this lesson. I calmly told her that I was disappointed with the level of customer service provided and she became nasty and attacking, claiming that I was "unreasonable" and would need to learn to deal with disappointments in life. She said that they got my time wrong because they have had a busy week and that wasn't their fault. When I told her that I would be leaving a negative review, she said to "go right ahead" and that she would "just have it removed" something she claimed to have "done before". I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I am honestly amazed that the woman had the nerve to speak so nastily to a customer given that I never raised my voice, and the most negative comment I made was "I'm really disappointed with the customer service I am receiving." I will never use this company's services and will be cautioning everyone I know in the area against going here. more

Everyone there is very friendly and professional. I have tried almost everything they offer. I will be a lifelong customer. more
