have had 2 appointments here for laser hair removal. my first appointment they called to reschedule me due to the maching needing maintanence. they had to reschedule me twice. then i went for my second appointment, and showed up and said ""oh no one called you?"" i replied ""no."" well our machine is in need of repair again, and someone deleted your information out of our system so we couldnt call you to inform you."" which is crap because i filled out a paper copy of my information so they could read more » have found my number if they needed to. and i wasted and hour round trip in my car to and from, including gas, and had to pay my babysitter $40 to watch my kids while i was gone. I was out at least $55 for something that i didnt even have done. It was there error, and would not recommend this salon to anyone. i will never return there again. the first laser session i recieved was fine, but due to the bad customer service i will NEVER go there again and wont reccomend for anyone to go there. Clients BEWARE
