Good: I bought a used car. They recognized items that needed to be fixed and proactively offered to fix them, i.e. the DVD player was stuck on loading. Even after the sale, when an they discovered XM was not functional, they fixed it AFTER the sale. Never felt "jumped on" or targeted as I have been at other car dealerships Always upfront and honest about the condition of the used car, financing, etc... Never had any pressure applied at any time Concerned with my needs and making sure they were fulfilled. Bad: I have been in sales / marketing / corp sales training for 15 years, so I am usually pretty critical when it comes to my personal sales experience. I can honestly say that Scott Doyle and his team at the Vancouver Dick Hannah Honda dealership were extremely professional and has a culture that is oriented customer needs oriented vs "get the sale" focus.. Improvements: Again, my position often requires me to identify areas of improvement within a sales organization, and as a customer, I am hard pressed to finger anything of importance.. Other: They also offer many other little perks that made the experience even better, i.e. free WiFi so I was able to work while I waited for them to repair the DVD player. Their used car lifetime benefits include lifetime tire replacement. Again, Scott Doyle always made me and my family feel welcome, able to openly express any possible concerns or alternative options, and comfortable during each stage of the buying process.. more

Just leased a 2010 Accord EX-L V6 from Dick Hannah in the Vancouver Auto Mall. Scott Doyle was excellent to deal with - very straight forward and no games. Just bought a Honda Element! I was thinking it would be great for those of us that do some advanced research to be able to call a dealership, tell them what you want, rely on the listed price and purchase...Saeed and Dick Hannah made it happen! I applied for financing in the wee hours of the morning. Saeed called first thing, upsold me by one trim level--which actually will make for a better resale down the road--got the color and accessories I wanted installed, the car detailed and ready to go by 5pm the same day!!! I didn't have to drive to Vancounver until the vehicle was ready for pickup. It was a fantastic experience. Saeed was pleasant, thorough, funny and attentive throguhout. In fact, I've received three follo up contacts since my purchase Friday. I HIGHLY recommend Dick Hannah and Saeed. On a side note: The Portland area dealer I'd been to previously didn't have a test model to drive and gave me a hard time because it would take a couple of weeks to order the model I wanted from Seattle. I researched on the net for weeks before deciding to work with Saeed at Dick Hannah Honda. He parked a similar Odyssey, Sienna and Grand Caravan side by side for me to compare then had me drive them all to really know the difference. He compared prices on KBB and online for similar vehicles with in 50 miles and offered me lower then the lowest price. And he delivered the vehicle to my house 70+ miles away. more

I have just purchased my third car from Dick Hannah, this time at their Honda store in Vancouver. I have always had exceptional service from Dick Hannah, but this time one sales person made it extra special. I met Mark Cortez in December when I first tried to buy a car. I didn't buy one at that time, but Mark continued to stay in touch by email. I just bought a car this past week. Mark stayed extra late for me. I had forgot to bring my cell phone that night and he let me use his personal cell phone as much as I needed. He personally cleaned the car that I was suppose to buy, didn't ask a lot attendent to do it. The irony is, I bought a different car! He was able to get me a great deal on the car that was more than satisfactory. Mark made my experience at Dick Hannah Honda a car buying experience that tops the charts. more

Hi, my name is Brian, after a month of searching out prices, and asking for strategies for dealing w/ car sales people i found myself calling Dick Hannah Honda (I live about an hour away and they only had 2 of the car i wanted listed, so i wanted to make sure it was there), i spoke with Mary of the VIP internet sales group to be the most helpful sales person i've ever dealt with, of any industry. i had spent the weekend suffering through getting turned down, laughed at, and pushed around by other car dealers, but Mary and her team made the whole process painless. needless to say i'm now driving around in a Mazda RX-8 (a car i consider to be on par with the likes of Lotus, Caterham and Porsche) and when it comes time to buy my RX-9 i will be bringing my business back to Dick Hannah. more

I Completed a Transaction at Dick Hannah Honda, Vancouver,WA for an 2010 Honda CRV EXL. Scott Doyle assisted me from the start of this transaction to the end. Scott was truly an amazing help. He walked us around all the features of the car, explaining what each "points" were. We took a test drive and he was patient all the while and would answer to questions only when we asked, which was not the case with other dealers who try to distract you from your driving experience. I would recommened others to this dealership for buying a new vehicle and if they could talk to Scott, he is the man. He will not force you into anything and he will always give you a positive opiniion about things which I liked the most.
