You can't ask for anything more when it comes to a dealership....The knowledge displayed by all is beyond comparrison! Not only did I enjoy picking my new vehicle I was amazed at how simple & to the point the financing aspect of the deal was. Looking for a car? Step 1. Go to Dick Hanna Honda.. Step 2. Ask to talk to Scott Doyle (This step is important). Step 3. There is no step three it's that easy! I dont think i could have had a more pleasant experience shopping for a car. So quick and easy. I wish more car salesman were like Scott! I came in this week and was helped by Jake. I really appreciated his help in getting me all the information on the 2011 Odyssey van. I really liked how he gave me the best price upfront and that he did not work on commission. Got us the Car we Wanted!!! 2/2/2011

Good: We wanted a 2011 Honda Odyssey Elite which are hard to find and they searched everywhere and transported the one in the color we wanted from Idaho, they were amazing!. Bad: Not much to dislike! Our sales person was Awesome, Louis Rodriquez!! You Rock! You and Chris found us the car we wanted and then helped us make sure it was properly pimped with the accessories we wanted!. Other: I know we were not the easiest clients and I know it cost the dealership extra to get us our car but we are so grateful that they took the time to get us exactly what we wanted, we love it and love them for it! Good: This business understands what the customer wants in buying a vehicle. Great service! No haggle buying! Everyone was helpful, friendly and took their time with us. Couldn't ask for anything more. Mirela, our sales person was exceptional, worked overtime to take care of us. Dick Hannah knows how to run a business and his employees are a testament to it.. Mary at Dick Hannah is a dream come true 1/18/2011

My husband and I purchased a 2010 Honda Fit Sport at Dick Hannah and couldnt be more pleased. We thought purchasing a new car for the 1st time had to be a scarry event where we had to have our guard up and "always be prepared to walk away". From the moment we met Mary Seibert all of our apprehension was disolved because she really listened to what we wanted and needed without pressure. She not only answered all of our questions honestly but she even addressed issues before we could think of them. Thanks Mary! more

Kate's wild car ride. 1/16/2011

Wow, what can I say, this was a wild ride, LOL. My sales man was Jim, and he was so patient with what I needed as a disabled person and the payments I needed to stay in. This was not my first time buys a car from the Hanna dealership, however 3 yrs later it was a very good experience. Jim worked hard to help me find the perfect vehical for my needs, which can take a lot of patients especially when my trade I was rather upside down in. No matter what, Jim worked hard with financing to come up with a good plan to get the Escape I fell in vehicle car love with. Thanks Jim, you were a pleasure to work with. more

On monday we decided to drive around Vancouver to see if we can find somethig before going to Portland for a mini van we saw it before. We stop at Dick Hannah Honda and they ask especific questions about what we want it and our price range. Scott Doyle came with the best option for us and we love it! After that he made all the process very easy and we walk (drive) out with the mini van my family need it. Thankyou Scoot! more

He recommended a vehicle on the Dick Hannah Volkswagen lot. He produced the vehicle, gave me a fair price, expertly handled my trade-in and efficiently completed the transaction. I would recommend Dick Hannah Honda to all of my family and friends. I usually do not enjoying the car buying experience with all the sales people, the pressure, the back and forth bargaining and all the time it takes to get the deal done. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that I did not encounter any of those problems during my recent purchase. Matt Taylor my salesman was friendly, experienced and professional but not pushy. I got a great deal, and really love the lowest price deal. The financing was fast and efficient and I got a great deal. I was very happy and will return to them again when I plan to purchase another vehicle more

A few days ago I called in to Dick Hannah Honda looking for information on a car they had on the web and I also wanted to find out more about the new way they do business. I talked to Louis Rodriguez and I was impresed about all the free stuff they give and up front prices. I came in and looked at the car but it was not what i was looking for. A Pleasant Car-shopping Experience 12/14/2010

Michael Cortez helped us look at an Accord and Crosstour. He focused on hearing our questions, and not on delivering some canned sales pitch. We explained that were not going to buy that day (which we didn't) and he still took time to explain all purchase options and demo the cars. He was very knowledgeable about the products.
