I don't know why I didn't do my homework better, but heed my advice (and that of countless others) do. not. go. here!!! more

I have to say, as one of their hardscape designers for over a year, I loved the idea of working there. I had many happy clients, at least with me, and I gave more than a hundred percent to each and every one of them...I can't say that everyone did that though...and I do absolutely agree, especially after reading everyone's testimonies, that that company should never charge for another design! They knew I had a family and would withhold payment over and over and over again...it would pile up to thousands of dollars behind for months and then it would slowly trickle in here and there. It is know wonder so many people got such bad designs; their designers never got paid! I will hopefully, one day, offer what they did but done right! They really messed up a great concept. This is a terrible company. They wasted our time, they wasted our money, you hopefully save yours. \r \r They are totally incompetent and unqualified. Designers keep wasting your time by cancelling the meetings at the last minute. After many many phone calls and faxes and emails they finally gave us a rough sketch of our yard copied from google world. Looks like a childs school project with no measurements and proportions. We had totally lost all faith and trust in this company and we stopped the project in the middle. Our loss is not as bad as some other feedbacks left here but we still took the issue to better business and APLD. It turned out that they falsely advertised themselves on their website as a member of APLD (Association of Professional Landscape Designers) while they were not. I wish I had posted this information sooner. We hired this company in March 2007, and were told that we would have the landscape plans within 4 to 6 weeks after signing up - I think we received them 3 months later, and by that time, we were so disgusted with the company, we didn't even use them. We had a number of problems scheduling a designer - they waited a month to schedule the intial measurements, despite efforts on our part to move the project forward. Even after getting scheduled with a designer, they cancelled on us several times which delayed the project even more. In addition, they charged us for the services BEFORE they should have, even though the contract states they will not charge each installment until AFTER that portion of project is completed. I was especially upset when they charged us for the final plans several weeks before they were even sent out. In addition to the poor project management and coordination, the measurements were not very accurate. I would definitely not recommend this company! Pros: no pros whatsover. Please stay away form this company. I hired them as a landscape designer and they only drew my ideas on paper without contributing anything to it. I paid them $2000 for a designing plan that I never recieved. I tried contacting them and informing them of my insatisfaction and they just ignored me and did not answer my requests. Their treatment to me was playly disrespectful and outlandish. Not only did not provide the service and refused to hear my complaints but then I was ignored. more
