I wish I had posted this information sooner. We hired this company in March 2007, and were told that we would have the landscape plans within 4 to 6 weeks after signing up - I think we received them 3 months later, and by that time, we were so disgusted with the company, we didn't even use them. We had a number of problems scheduling a designer - they waited a month to schedule the intial measurements, despite efforts on our part to move the project forward. Even after getting scheduled with a designer, they cancelled on us several times which delayed the project even more. In addition, they charged us for the services BEFORE they should have, even though the contract states they will not charge each installment until AFTER that portion of project is completed. I was especially upset when they charged us for the final plans several weeks before they were even sent out. In addition to the poor project management and coordination, the measurements were not very accurate. I would definitely not recommend this company!
Pros: no pros whatsover.
Cons: no customer service, awful phone system, poor responsiveness
