Albert Weisser is great 12/8/2011

One reason I bought from Desert BMW Albert Weisser! This is the second car I bought from Albert and probably not the last. He knows his product but most importantly he has taken the time to get to know me and my family and all of our needs as a family. We trust Albert and appreciate the effort he puts into us every time we need him! Not only is Albert Knowledgeable but he is so kind and that is rare in this business! Desert BMW has better service then the Wynn Hotel. Every time I walk in there everyone is so nice and always making sure you have been helped. All my purchases have gone with no hiccups and my service writer never has let me down. Im just very happy with Desert BMW. more

Desert BMW has the best BMW staff in Las Vegas. They know everything about all their products. Any question I have, I get the best answer possible. Not only does the staff know everything there is to know, but I think they all went to an edict course of some sort. They all are so proper and very nice. I enjoy just being in there presence. Im very glad I decided to make my purchase here. more

Desert BMW has the best service dept around. They got me in and out of there without a hassle. They understand the value of time and make sure your not spending most of your day waiting around for your car. This place is my car doctor. more

Very Fair 10/19/2011

Desert BMW had a special on a car on the net. When I got there it was sold. I had a feeling that it was one of those scams to get people down there. When I said that they got a MGR involved. I told him the way I felt and he said to make things right with me he would give me the same car they sold but it was a model newer for the same price and they did. I ended up with the same car but newer for the same price. I was so excited and was treated very fairly. more

Desert BMW has a great selection of new and used cars. I was almost overwhelmed at one point, but then it turned into excitement. With all my choices I definitely found a car. I went into the finance department and was expecting a headache but it was easy and very understandable. I only have 1 question, why cant all dealers be this way? more

Love IT!! 9/6/2011

I was in the market for a new BMW. I didn’t know which one was going to suite me, after doing some reading about the different models I chose the one. I just got a new 335is Coupe. It is one of the best cars I have ever owned. I was looking around for the dealer that had it but wasn’t coming up with any luck. I then stopped by Desert BMW and they had more than enough to choose from. There inventory selection was remarkable and amazing. They also got all of my emblems colored black. Now the entire car is black on black and I LOVE IT. Thank you. more

The Greatest 8/20/2011

I got my wife a new 5 series for our 20 year anniversary. I got it at Desert BMW and they were very helpful with the entire process. I went in ant the purchase was easy and painless. Then they delivered it to the precise location at the exact time. She was very surprised and so happy. I don’t think I could have made it happen without Desert BMW. There the GREATEST!!! more

Used 750 8/9/2011

I have been looking for a used 750. I have searched and searched. My name must be at every dealer in Vegas. A few of them have reached out to be with a car they found but It had so many miles. I am searching but im not desperate, I still want and good running car, in good condition. One of the last dealers I stoped by was Desert BMW. Within one week Desert had reached back out to me and had a car on their lot. I went down the same day and they pulled off what looked like the impossible. Good job guys and keep up the great work. more

Im Happy 8/4/2011

Living in Las Vegas you have a few different places you are able to purchase a BMW. I did my shopping around and came to the conclusion that Desert BMW has some of the friendliest staff. I wasn’t to sure on the best price but I was assured that they were nice. I then went to another place and they were nowhere near as nice and the price was even higher. I went back to Desert and gave them my business. Im happy with my decition and love my new car. more

Miracles do Happen 7/29/2011

I went to a few different places looking for a used BMW. I was wanting a 5 series about 2-3 years old. That’s where I thought my price range was. I looked around and nothing really cought my eye. I stopped by Desert BMW and looked around. I found a 2010 that I really liked but I just knew it was out of my price range. I didn’t even want to take it for a ride because I didnt want to get my hopes up. The salesmen said to me, lets run your credit and if I can get you approved for that one you take it home. I told him DEAL! He made a miracle happen. Thanks Desert BMW. more

Never Again 7/23/2011

I bought my BMW a few years ago and I absolutely love it, but about a year ago it started to run differently and was causing me a lot of conflict and money for repairs. I have been going to the same mechanic for awhile and it just seemed that when they would fix it a month or so would go by and I was right back there. I had a conversation with my mom who also owns a BMW a she told me to go to Desert BMW. I went to go see what they could do for me, she strongly suggested them so i decided to stop by just to see what they had to say. To my surprise they were amazing, they got me right in and told me exactly what was wrong with it and it was cheaper than the mechanic I was going to. After a short time my car was in and out and I haven't had a problem since. I'm so happy I came in and so happy my car is finally fixed. I wont go to any other mechanic again. more

I came into BMW looking to service my X5. When I got there Danielle approached me and was very nice. She told me about there specials and how everything worked there. I was very happy with her customer service and I allowed her to work on my car. They did a great job and I will return. more

Danielle has been servicing my BMW for more than five years. There is no where else I would take my car. She is awesome and very professional. She will finish the car in just one day and its always in good condition. She is the best supervisor in the service department. more

Great People 6/30/2011

I've owned my X3 for four years and having it serviced has always been a pleasant experience, thanks to Josh Martinez. From day one, I have been impressed with his helpfulness and his work ethic. I feel lucky, not just to have such a nice car, but also for the warmth and sincerity Josh has shown over the years. I'm always confident he will do everything possible to help me. I once left an extra set of keys in a courteous vehicle and even though I already called and was told they were not found, When I spoke with Josh about it and two months later they were found. Since he has handled my service needs I have never left unhappy. I only have the up most praise and respect for the steller service he has provided and cannot emphasize enough. What an asset he is to Desert BMW. more

We serviced our 2009 328I at Desert BMW due to the convenient location. We are always greeted kindly with proper attention to details and the customer’s needs. Danielle is an excellent service writer, shes understanding, courteous, and prompt. We waited for our car to be serviced and did not wait long. The was washed and detailed also. We were in the market for a new SUV and we test drove several other brands before coming to BMW. The quality of the vehicle's drive, handling, and acceleration of the BMW products is heads above its competiton in the same price range. Albert was knowledgable about BMW's products and helped us make a decison between the X-5 and X-6. We have been happy with our X-5. We have also been very happy since our purchase with Albert's accessibility and follow-up. more

My latest BMW is a 545i, it is the third BMW I have purchased from Desert. Over the years we have fully enjoyed our beamers. They have excellent driving ability and there safety features are unsurpassed. I can recommend the sales and service at Desert BMW from personal experience. BMW has by far an unsurpassed record. From my experience of being prompt, on time, and alway listening to my concerns. My experience at service with Danielle for the last 3-4 years have been awesome. I would not change this experience for any other company. more
