Danielle is personable and fantastic. She organizes loaner cars exceptionally well and makes service easy and a breeze. She is also friendly and up front about the service or my car's needs and explains things well to someone. more

It is not often that the dealer delivers a "used car" from Las Vegas to some guy in Arizona, but then again Desert BMW appears not be the norm. My dealings with Eric and Albert were very pleasant to deal with. I wish I could say the same thing about Albert's ride when delivering the car.....the autobahn is in Germany.....once it is in their blood, a wide open road can be dangerous. The tickets were a bummer and I hope in small way the dealership will cover his back on the fines. more

Albert Weisser is one of the good guys who just wants to do the right thing for the dealership and the customer, hard to find in this day and age. This is not our first car neither the first dealer we visit, we definitely can distinguish your service from others like (Lexus, Mercedes, Acura, etc.).In our opinion the customer service was outstanding. When you go there you feel what you expect from a luxury car dealer.
