I just wanted to write a review and let people now this is a cool little spot to support local business while getting a great bargain. Mostly because I know most people dont write reviews when everything goes smoothly, but I am gonna say that my experiences with these guys were great. Friendly and everything they promised with my washer dryer was delivered quickly and correctly. more

I recently needed a part to repair my dryer, after taking it apart and taking all the elements and parts to Depew I made it in literally 3 minutes before they closed on a Saturday. Without getting any strange looks or any remarks, they tested all 5 parts to see which was the faulty one and found the part in stock. I checked out and once I got home installed the new element and my dryer is working good as new. The staff could not have been more helpful. more

I've been sourcing odd appliance parts from them for years and generally they have the parts on hand. There's a lot to be said for sourcing parts locally. The pricing is above internet but that's worth it if I can get the repair done the same day. more

I found Depew on the frigidaire website when I did a search for service for my dishwasher. I have passed them on Burnet road several times, so the name was familiar. They answered on the second ring and the man was very friendly. He said he would be able to send a repairman out this afternoon! Within 30 minutes, I had a phone call. The repairman was on his way. An hour later, the repair work was done (just a clog) and he was long gone. My dishwasher is running as I type this. I try to use local businesses as much as possible. It is risky, because not every local business really tries all that hard. But Depew DID impress me with extremely prompt, professional service. One note: I forgot to ask for a price quote, and a price to fix it was not given to me. That is my own fault for not thinking to ask, but it obviously wasn't in the forefront of the repairman's mind either. The price to fix the dishwasher was not unreasonable, but you should think to ask first, just in case. more

We have purchased a refrigerator, washer/dryer and dishwasher from DePew and have nothing bad to say. The salespeople are friendly and honest, it has been easy to work with them to get supplies (water filter for fridge) and they sent someone quickly for a repair on dishwasher and had it covered by warranty so no service charge. The repairman was helpful and had good advice on washer to help maintain it better when he saw we had baby and were needing to make sure it santiized well and stayed clean. We love their Fisher/Paykel supply and will use them for all purchases. more
