Dental Center of Florence

I have had several procedures at the Dental Center fo Florence Ky, including fillings and a crown. The assistants were very pleasant and explained things thoroughly. The doctors were gentle and nice. I will reccomend this office to all my friends and family. more

i experienced the same problems at dental center of florence, theyu were ok at 1st but then they did act as if you put them out and my dentures are misaligned on the bottom and then they were nasty to me because i complained about it, i am not accostomed to being put in a situation like this and i will write a bad review on this place everyday if i have to, i am not using caps as my capital letters are not working................sorry for this.......................i don't like a meat market and that is what it is........................\r terrible customer service and nasty, uncaring people Cons: terrible customer service more

Sometimes in writing these reviews, the reviewer has to look at the ?big picture?. Being one who ended up at this clinic because I was traumatized by a dentist at an early age, I have to respect the way this clinic treats the children, and I give them 5 stars for that.\r \r I have to say I had problems here, but I failed to realize that the doctors where as frustrated as I was and in the end, their goal was to make everything right and make the customer happy.\r \r Reviewers need to realize that only God makes things that are perfect and with a tolerant attitude things can always be worked out, for both sides.\r \r I respect this clinic and what they are doing and I would hope that others would at least try their service.\r \r When the staff and the doctors all remember you when you walk in, you feel at ?home? and if you communicate, they are willing to listen.\r \r All things considered: you can?t go wrong with The Dental Center of Florence.\r Pros: The doctors, staff and atmosphere Cons: Parking and you need to be patient more
