I had first appointment at 8:30 AM. Arrived early as I knew paper work would have to be filled out. Got paperwork done before 8:30 & then sat there till 9:00 before being called into office. That is so annoying!! Why do they make appointments if they aren't going to keep them?
Then the first thing they wanted to do was sell me a new set of dentures when the ones I have are fine - I only needed a chip on a front tooth fixed. They replaced that tooth for $130.00 tho I am not sure why the old one couldn't have been repaired.
One good thing - they completed service in an hour & half after I complained about the three & half hours they first wanted me to wait.
