If you want your Birthday ruined, this is the place for you. My sister took the day off of work to treat me to a day at the spa. When we arrived we were told they couldn't accommodate us at the time originally scheduled because one of their staff members had called in sick. Still wanting the day to work we asked for a phone call when they had found someone and worked it out. No call-not a surprise, the receptionist was very unconcerned about our being inconvenienced. Later when we called to ask what had happened and why no one had ever called us, we were treated like it was our fault. They were so horrible. Don Pros: null Cons: null more

A Day at the sPA 11/1/2005

The hot stone massage is great. They oil you up and strategically place hot stones all over your body. And its wonderful. However, thats not the best part. The best part is the shower! They have a steam shower and about 6 different shower heads coming at you from all angles. If you've been getting massages there and walking out showerless, you're missing the "extras". And thats what makes it a little more expensive than other spas. But, its worth it. more
