If you want your Birthday ruined, this is the place for you. My sister took the day off of work to treat me to a day at the spa. When we arrived we were told they couldn't accommodate us at the time originally scheduled because one of their staff members had called in sick. Still wanting the day to work we asked for a phone call when they had found someone and worked it out. No call-not a surprise, the receptionist was very unconcerned about our being inconvenienced. Later when we called to ask what had happened and why no one had ever called us, we were treated like it was our fault. They were so horrible. Don
