I was very impressed with the consultant I worked with. Laura was wonderful and extremely helpful. If you do decide to give them your business request her for assistance. However, the managers at this location are so unethical and will stop at nothing to ensure that they make their money even if it means that they have to lie. I specifically ordered a new gown from the wearhouse. I asked them to order the gown in the size that they felt would best fit me. They ordered the size and it came in and was too small. I had no problem exchanging it for a size 6 instead. When asked if I wanted to purchase the size 6 off of the rack, I told them no, that I wanted a new dress from the wearhouse that has not been tried on by 100s of other people. They said okay. I told them that I needed to have by a certain date and was ensured that it would be here. Later that week I went back and noticed that the rack size 6 was gone, when questioned about it, they again promised that they were not holding this dress for me and that mine was coming from the wearhouse. When my dress was "delivered from the wearhouse" they called for me to pick it up. I came in to try it on and noticed that this dress did not come with a package of beads like the first one had and that the train was not connected to the zipper with a plastic tie as the first one had been, and the number on the tag had been the same as the dress off the rack. When confronted about this, again I was assured that it was from the wearhouse. Unfortunately, there is nothing more that I can do other than accept the dress that was provided. While it is beautiful, the problem truly lies in their lack of ethics.
