I loved the fast turn around for the oil change I had done from the staff over at David Hobbes. Another huge plus from my experience here is that they honored a coupon that belonged to a competitor's dealership. Thank you for the great work and I will definitely come back. more

I recently purchased my 5th vehicle from David Hobbs Honda and wanted it to be known how top knotch they are! I continue being loyal to David Hobbs not only because of the product, but because of the professionals at the dealership. I agree that in today's market, it is difficult to find an auto dealership you feel comfortable with. David Hobbs Honda does just that, and because of how comfortable and easy they make the process, I will always recommend them to the highest degree. Everyone from the receptionist, sales associate, finance person and sales managers take great pride in providing a wonderful experience every time. I feel this dealership should be praised for what they do because too often the only comments are from unrealistic individuals that didn't get what they wanted and felt as though they needed to whine to somebody, and for those people I say shame on you! Thanks again David Hobbs and trust you'll see me for my 6th vehicle in the future. more

Not honest with "best" price- got $5k less at Boyland 7/8/2010

My husband and I had a very nice first experience with David Hobbs- saw a great used Civic and were told it was the absolute best deal there. The next day was my husband's day off and we spent the afternoon shopping around and making sure that we were getting the best deal possible (David Hobbs was the first time we ever stepped foot into a dealership and this was both of our first car experience). Well, Boyland Honda was able to get us the SAME Civic Lx-S BRAND NEW for $5000 less! We of course went with the Boyland deal and after calling David Hobbs to inform them we went with another dealer, I was put through the ringer, told that I should have called DH and told them to bring the agent we worked with in (it was his day off) because it wasn't right that I went with another dealership, yadda yadda. Well guess what? If you tell someone you gave them the best deal possible and they find another deal $5k less, they're not going to want to deal with you. The best part is that the DH rep s more

2007 Honda Civic Sun Visor 7/6/2010

I just returned from taking my car to the service dept. at David Hobbs Honda. I am extremely disapointed with the outcome. The seam to my driver-side sun visor opended and expanded. If you do a web search, there was a bulletin that 2006 and 2007 had faulty sun visors installed. There are also numerous unsatisfactory comments posted on various sites about this problem. It is a safety hazard when the visor continues to fall down when you are driving. I purchased the extended Honda warranty and was told that this item was not covered. It is clear that the item is faulty and this should have been covered. I expected that Honda would stand behind thier product. more

Don't Trust These People 3/2/2010

This is how used car dealers get their reputation. I have done a fair amount of business with Hobbs. We have a Pilot that we purchased and a 2004 Accord that we have had serviced there. I recently looked into trading the Accord and wanted a trade value. The car has 180,000 miles and I was not expecting much. The first first question the used car manager asked was if I had the timing belt changed. I had not. He indicated that it should have been done at 100,000 miles and I was on borrowed time as my engine would freeze up if the belt broke. He offered to get the car in right away and quoted $800 for the service. I had a bad feeling so I declined and called Import Minded on the South Side of Milwaukee. They quoted a new timing belt at $475 and I made an appointment for the next morning. When I showed up the service writer looked out the window at my car and asked what year is that? When I replied 2004 he told me that honda switched from timing belts to timing chains in 2003 and that I ha more
